About Me

Hello, my name is Jay Schryer, and I think too much. “Porsidan” means “to question” in Persian. In the course of my thinking, I ask a lot of questions: of myself, of my friends and family, and of the Divine Source itself. I am always questioning things…including reality, my place in the world, and the meaning of life. I’m always learning, always growing, always striving to become a better man. This blog is where I explore some of those questions, and also where I talk about the things that interest me, intrigue me, or bring me pleasure and joy.

In addition to being an eternal searcher, I am also a poet, musician, author, and game designer. I started this blog to learn more about myself, but also to connect with other like-minded people from around the world. I love meeting new people and learning new things.
